On the day, sessions are easy-going and pressure-free, with plenty of direction when needed and space for natural moments to unfold. After your shoot, your images are carefully edited in my signature style and delivered via a private online gallery for you to view, download, and share.

Alongside photography, I offer video content creation designed to help businesses, brands, accommodation providers and property listings stand out online. Video is a powerful way to showcase a space, tell a story and create engaging content for websites and social media.

I capture video using both professional camera equipment and iPhone, depending on the style and purpose of the project. Professional camera video provides polished, high-quality visuals ideal for websites and marketing, while iPhone content offers a more natural, social-first style suited to platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

This flexible approach allows me to create content that feels both refined and engaging, helping businesses and property owners present their spaces and brands in a compelling way online.

1. Do you travel for photoshoots?

Absolutely! Travel within Mount Gambier (5290) and surrounding areas (5291) is included in your session fee. For locations outside of these postcodes, a small travel fee applies — just get in touch for a custom quote.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

For sure! I love helping plan engagement sessions. From choosing the perfect location and time of day to outfit guidance and creating a relaxed vibe, I’m here to make the whole process easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re dreaming of a coastal sunset, rural paddock session, or something more styled, we’ll plan something that feels like you.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your session, I’m more than happy to accommodate where possible — especially in cases of weather, illness, or unexpected circumstances. If a session is cancelled for reasons outside of my control, the booking fee/deposit is unfortunately non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within an agreed timeframe.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes — I offer professionally edited digital images as well as high-quality printed products. All prints and albums are produced through Atkins Photo Lab, a trusted professional print lab known for beautiful colour accuracy and premium finishes. This ensures your images are printed exactly as they’re meant to be seen — with true-to-life tones and lasting quality. From fine art prints to keepsake albums, I can help you select the perfect way to preserve your memories for years to come.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes — I have a list of trusted videographers that I regularly recommend depending on your style, location, and budget. I’m always happy to share these with you to help make your planning process easier.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! If there are particular poses, ideas, or moments you’d love captured, I’m always happy to include them. I’ll also guide you throughout the session so you feel comfortable and natural, while still making sure we capture those special shots that matter most to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. I’m more than happy to chat before your session — whether that’s over coffee, a phone call, or video chat. This helps us get to know each other, talk through your vision, and make sure you feel relaxed and confident going into your shoot.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I pride myself on a quick turnaround while still giving every gallery the care and attention it deserves. Delivery time depends on the type and size of your session:

Portrait & smaller sessions: typically within one to two weeks.

Events & real estate: fast turnaround available when needed.

Weddings: approximately 2–4 weeks.

I never rush the editing process, as I want your images to be finished to the highest standard — but I also understand when photos are needed quickly and will always do my best to accommodate.
